North Kilworth Wharf is situated on the Leicester Section of the Grand Union Canal which is universally recognised as one of the most beautiful and rural sections of canal in the whole country. With 21 miles of lock free cruising and staircase locks at either end, you can choose to avoid all together or enjoy operating with the help of Canal River Trust volunteers that will be on hand. The elevated position of some of the sections of canal allows you to look down over the rolling fields, and with a long agricultural heritage there is always lots to observe.

We are 1 mile from Husbands Bosworth where there is a Springfield local convenience store. Sainsburys, Tesco and Asda all deliver to the Wharf so you can organise your shopping to be delivered prior to your arrival and we will have it waiting onboard for you.
